Notice on the Battery Law

Batteries and rechargeable batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. As a consumer, you are legally obliged to return used batteries. You can dispose of your old batteries at public collection points in your community or anywhere batteries of the relevant type are sold. You can also return your batteries free of charge via mail. If you wish to use the latter option, please send your old batteries postage free to our address.

These symbols can be found on batteries containing harmful substances:

Battery Regulation

Pb = Battery contains Lead
Cd = Battery contains Cadmium
Hg = Battery contains Mercury
